About this product

A PVC mat for preparing fish, including filleting, skinning and scaling. Raised ridges help hold the fish in place, while the raised bumps allow blood and slime to drain beneath it. The underside is slip-resistant, and the mat resists moisture, blood and dirt while taking up little odour. It can be rinsed or washed in a dishwasher, then rolled up for transport and storage. Suitable for use on a boat, pier, in the kitchen or in the garden.
